Event description

Technopop Brixton - STEAM festival for schools & colleges: science & tech event to inspire the next generations & showcase careers in industry.

This will be a 1 hour long Founders4Schools event during Technopop festival with students from a number of schools, from 11-19 years old

Over three days, Technopop is hosting a science and technology festival aimed at 11-19 year olds at Brixton Recreation Centre & POP Brixton.
Driven by the skills gap in industry, our aim is to engage, inspire young people in STEAM related subjects and careers through the delivery of a jam packed programme of activities and events that engage young people in hands-on learning and doing.
Working with STEAM content providers, industry and academia, we provide up-to-date knowledge and guidance on career, vocational and educational pathways.
With between 600 and 800 children registered each day from local schools and communities, we would welcome the participation of inspirational role models from across the science, technology, built environment, sports & health industries.
