Event description

Annual Women into STEM Brunch - come along and support our young women into a STEM career!

We will be holding our annual Women into STEM brunch for S3 girls who have shown an interest and/or aptitude for pursing a STEM career. This successful event is in its third year and we are keen to continue building on the positive experiences that young people have had during this brunch.

Guests and pupils will be treated to a continental breakfast including pastries, fruit and hot drinks prior to the event beginning, and allow both groups to mingle. During the event, pupils will be split into small groups and guests assigned to a table. Pupils will spend around 7-8 minutes with a guest, asking them questions about their job etc before rotating round to the next table and so on.

Guests are free to bring along any materials they may wish to share with the pupils however this is not mandatory. If any guests have electronic materials that they wish to bring along, please alert me to this so I can sit you close to an electrical outlet.
