The event was created by Catrina Holmes for 75 students at Digitech Studio School aged Age 15 - 16.

Event description

Inspire our students to practice their employability skills and share your career pathways with them.

In these sessions, business leaders hold mock interviews, which are an emulation of a job interview used for training purposes. The exercise usually resembles a real interview as closely as possible, for the purpose of providing a learning experience for students.

Students will meet 1-2-1 with employers for 15 minutes (including feedback). Each employer will see approximately six students during the session which will run from 13:20-15:00.

The key is that the students have a chance to prepare ahead of time and understand this is a great learning opportunity to practice their skills and build their confidence.
