What can we do with all this food?
I am leading a Social Enterprise project in my school with a small group of children from Primary 6 and 7. We have identified a good idea for a social enterprise project and would like help and guidance on how we could develop this and see it grow into an embedded part of our school culture. Our idea is to use the leftover food from the dinner hall to supply to families at the end of the day for a very small cost. We aim to approach the dinner ladies to seek permission on this but we will be looking to run the entire operation ourselves as a group of 15 children. We would love some input and advice from entrepreneurs, specifically with a social enterprise background. Thank you in advance.
