Event description

Come join our Aspirations week at Crownfield Junior school to give the children higher career aspirations for their futures!

I am running our 4th year of Aspiration week at Crownfield Junior school in RM5 8JB. The children are 7-11 years old and the day is split into 4 talks per day (professionals can give anything from 1 hour to 4 hours of their time). Each one hour is spent with either a class of 30 or a year group of 90 children.
The talks usually involve discussed what your career is, what the job involves and how the children could work towards that type of career. Some professionals like to do an activity with the children, or bring in items from their jobs whereas others prefer a short presentation and then a Q&A.
The week is running from Monday 23rd September - Friday 27th.
