The event was created by Tracy Jennings for 150 students at St Elizabeth Catholic Primary School aged Age 9 - 11.
Event description
Come join our Careers Fair for Year 5 - Year pupils (Primary)
Running Tuesday 4 - Thursday 6 June 1.15-3.15pm and Friday 7 June 9.15-11.45am
We want our pupils to think about their talents and interests and how these might set them on a career path of their choice. We teach our children how to be resilience, respect, responsibility and relationships - lifelong skills that will be developed through school and work.
Professionals will be set up in a space in the school where groups of children (accompanied by an adult) will come along to hear about a range of careers and the path our visitors took. Professionals may bring leaflets or some technology to showcase to students. Students will have the opportunity to listen to /informally approach lots of different employers throughout the week, talk to them personally and ask questions.
