Event description

STEM Week Event: Following a path to a career in STEM.

As part of STEM themed week, where pupils will be participating in Climate Change workshops in different areas of the school STEM support next areas. In order to raise the profile of STEM, having a career based segment will allow pupils to reflect on both their learning and careers options that studying STEM based subject could lead to. Therefore, on the Wednesday morning, small group rotation around a series of stalls \ zones to hear a experienced STEM professional discuss how their business \ industry utilizes STEM skills in specific aspects of their job. Hopefully bringing STEM to life and inspire young people to consider their career options and raise aspirations through offering real insight to STEM based careers.
