The event was created by Suzanne Lockwood for 150 students at St Bede's College aged Age 14 - 15.

Event description

Learn to Earn allows young people to think about their dreams and aspirations for the future and the types of career they want to go into.

10 minutes ‘telling a story’ about their career journey:
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Why they find it high impact
• What they enjoy most about their career
• What subjects did the study and what decisions did they make along the way
• What mistakes did they make and how did they learn from them
• What skills is their company currently looking for in their new hires

These meaningful encounters inspire students and have a positive impact on their future life choices.
