The event was created by Victoria Richards for 250 students at Chantry Academy aged Age 12 - 16.
Event description
Performing Art careers day. Students to look at Creative career job role opportunities.
Performing Arts Careers Day.
This is a chance to raise awareness of possible career paths and opportunities available.
Companies will set up stalls in a space set up by the school and may bring business cards, leaflets or some technology to showcase to students and community. Students will have the opportunity to informally approach lots of different employers, talk to them personally and ask questions. It is important to note that there should be no expectations of any job opportunities being offered by business leaders at a careers fair but this is a great way for students to experience a wide range of businesses in their local community and for businesses to begin to build their talent pipeline.
