Event description

**** THIS IS A LINKEDIN WORKSHOP NOT A TRADITIONAL CV WORKSHOP - CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE DETAILS ****

This workshop is a LinkedIn workshop.

We would like to show students how to use LinkedIn and how they can use the platform to network and spot opportunities.

We would like for it to be an interactive workshop that can offer support to help each student build a profile to match their skill set and aspirations. You could provide guidance about what makes a good profile and provide real-life context. You could recommend tips on how to drive traffic to their profile and what will make it engaging. It would be very useful for them to understand how to use LinkedIn to look for and apply to opportunities, and the importance of keeping their profile current.

We would like to help improve students’ confidence and teach them valuable skills in using a LinkedIn profile as today's digital CV.
