Event description

Young Enterprise Entrepreneur Masterclass

A successful business leader can inspire a group of students by talking in-depth about the journey they took from school through their career. This format usually includes one business leader talking for an extended period of time.

We are aiming for a 3 speakers of 45 minutes each with a posible 15 minute acitivity included.

A business leader can ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Why they find it high impact
• What they enjoy most about their career
• What subjects did the study and what decisions did they make along the way
• What mistakes did they make and how did they learn from them
• What skills is their company currently looking for in their new hires

As the Keynote Career speech generally have less business leaders, the speakers can offer a more focussed, in-depth and comprehensive discussion. They will take students through their entire journey and reflect on their successes and failures in the world of employment.

There will be a Q & A for all 3 speakers at the end. Some questions will be collated before the event so students will know who the speakers are and for them reasearch & to prepare questions.

These meaningful encounters inspire students and have a positive impact on their future life choices.
