Event description

Come join our Careers Fair - An opportunity to inspire high achieving students who keen to hear about careers and pathways

The event will be part of enrichment week to provide students with the opportunity to find out about the world of work, the wide range of job opportunities and the routes and qualifications needed to undertake the roles. Our students are highly academic and the vast majority will be starting their working lives having completed degrees.

As a school we wish to promote careers linked to creative subjects (Art, Drama) as well as the humanities (History, Politics, Geography, Psychology, Economics). In addition volunteers from legal, medical (all aspects and NHS roles), dental, veterinary, pharmaceutical, engineering roles would be welcomed as many of our students are interested in these areas.

We would also welcome anyone who does anything which they consider to be unusual or you think that 14/15 year old girls may not know about.

During the day there will be 4 repeated sessions (1.25 hours long) where different groups of students will aim to find out as much as possible about your job and the route/qualifications needed to undertake your role.
