Event description

Soft Skills Workshop - S1/S2 MCR Groups

I would like an engaging and enthusiastic speaker to come and deliver a soft skills workshop to my S1 and S2 pupils who have been taking part in the MCR Group Work programme at Govan High School. The pupils you will work with have many talents and a lot to give, but often struggle to identify what they are good at and how important their soft skills (such as problem solving, time management, work ethic and teamwork) are. I would like students to leave the workshop feeling confident and inspired, as well as excited to apply any practical skills and techniques they pick up from the workshop in the rest of their lessons/subjects. The group really love to learn by completing practical tasks and exercises, and can be quick to get bored, so if you would like a challenge and have a positive, approachable manner please consider coming to Govan to work with this fantastic cohort of young people to help them identify and develop their essential soft skills.
