Event description

Inspired to Explore

Our school works with students who have become disengaged with school and learning. We work with young people in inspire and motivate a desire to achieve. A motivational event would enable our students to understand why it matters to focus and how to craft a goal and pursue a dream.

We are looking for business leaders to do the things listed below.

The event will be an afternoon of getting insight from business leaders, so short talks and the opportunity for students to mingle and ask questions.

In this session, business leaders will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.

Speakers will ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:
• Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Their failures, as well as successes
• What their company does and why this is important
• What they enjoy most about their career
• Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now.
