Event description

Dear Supporter of Young People,
Share the journey of your career, as YOU could be the one to inspire our future workforce!

The Year 11 Careers Fair is an annual event held at Preston Manor School, as a result, we are noticing a difference in the way the students approach their Post 16 choices and their attitudes towards their future.
The Careers Fair enlightens the students and allows them to get outside their comfort zone. Through talking to people and gathering information for themselves, they develop important skills that will aide them in the working world.

Our Year 11 students would gain from having a selection of Post 16 choices, a taster of different careers, apprenticeships and information on Higher Education.
Having a selection of professionals with the wealth of knowledge and experience to inform them and inspire them would be greatly beneficial to our students.
You will have your own stand, so that students are able to come to you individually and shower you with questions about your career, the career ladder within your sector and what qualifications are needed to in order break into your field.

We also encourage demonstrations and informative leaflets to for the students.
