About the teacher and students

The event was created by Rezaul Islam for 25 students at The Compton School aged Age 16 - 17.

Event description

We are running an Employability Masterclass and we are hoping to have speakers at the start of the day to inspire the young people.

In this session, business leaders will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.

Speakers will ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:
• Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Their failures, as well as successes
• What their company does and why this is important
• What they enjoy most about their career
• Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now.
