Rockwood Academy is launching its first sets of career based assemblies. It is a real opportunity to speak to young people about goals.
Year 7 careers based assembly, inspiring the next generation into careers that will really shape society.
A business leader can ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Why they find it high impact
• What they enjoy most about their career
• What subjects did the study and what decisions did they make along the way
• What mistakes did they make and how did they learn from them
• What skills is their company currently looking for in their new hires
