Event description
Inspire year 9 students
Dear Business Leader,
From the Y10s at St Joseph’s Catholic College in Swindon we would like to invite you to be a guest speaker at our business event on Friday 20th July 9:35-10:35am.
During this session we would like to run a starter activity, this will be something along the lines of a logo game using plickers or kahoot. We would then ask if you could give an inspirational speech on the business industry and your personal journey for around 20-30 minutes, following this we are hoping to do run a short fun marketing/branding activity to get our fellow students thinking about business skills.
The session will be for the year 8 students who have chosen business as an option next year, there will be around 60 students and all students will have an interest in business which is great. We will then finish off with a quick Q&A section and evaluation.
