Event description

Inspire our students

We are hosting a DYW week with a particular focus on Financial Awareness so we are looking for guest speakers who will be able to speak to the pupils about financial matters/career opportunities. The week will run from the 12th of November through to the 16th so visit is no necessarily restrained to the 13th. We look forward to hearing from you.

In this session, business leaders will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.

Speakers will ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:
• Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Their failures, as well as successes
• What their company does and why this is important
• What they enjoy most about their career
• Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now.
