Event description

Inspire our Computer Science A level students

This session is for our Year 12 Computer Science A level students who have to start preparing for their coursework project. We are looking for speakers who are able to talk to students about how a software project has developed alongside providing insight into how their own business/career has evolved. In this session, business leaders will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.

Speakers will ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:
• Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Their failures, as well as successes
• What their company does and why this is important
• What they enjoy most about their career
• Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now.
