Event description

STEM Careers Event

Event Location: St Peter's Primary School, Morningside, Edinburgh
Date/ Time: Monday 12th March from 1-3pm
Our school is hosting a STEM careers afternoon for our upper school pupils. During this afternoon, speakers can lead a 10 minute station for a small group of pupils. Pupils will rotate around every 10 minutes to allow the speaker to deliver their input to a new group of children. Our event is focussed on STEM careers so speakers may want to discuss their jobs or explain/ demonstrate how an object from their role works. There is also the option to set pupils a STEM challenge e.g. designing or constructing a building, tool etc.
