Event description

International Wome'ns Day event - assembly and Q&A

I am the curriculum Enrichment Leader across three schools in an Academy Trust, and we would like to celebrate International Women's Day by having a speaker come and speak to one of our three schools in assembly about achieving your ambitions and dreams.

Our Executive Head is a female, and a huge proportion of the workforce in our schools are female, but we still feel it is important to have continued positive representation of women for both our girls AND our boys.

We would be delighted if you would be willing to come and speak at one of our schools (I have asked six prominent speakers in the hope that three will be available) at assembly time. If you were able to remain afterwards and answer any questions from our Year 5 children, we'd be even more grateful.

We would publish your visit in our newsletter, as well as writing the article up on all three websites and sending a press release out about the events.

The three schools are very close to each other - Saxon School is in Shepperton, Riverbridge is in Staines, and Echelford is in Ashford (Surrey).

Enormous thanks in advance for even considering this.
