Event description

Strategic Planning, Decision Making and their impact- examples

Im looking for people to discuss the types of strategic planning and decisions that they have made in their role in an organisation and to describe the success of these decisions and the impact it had on the organisation.

This is my AH Business class and this unit on Internal Environment is very theoretical, I think it would help if they could hear from business leaders and this will help them link real life examples to the theory of this course.
