Event description

Inspirational Women

Business leaders participate in a series of short, focused conversations about specific career questions and topics.
The format arrival from 8.30am for refreshments, start at 9am until 11am with the speed mentoring, a short break midway through. Each student will move around in pairs, they will ask career related questions, which they are prepped for a week before, the pace is quite fast, but this means all students get to see all the women.
Speed mentoring offers students the opportunity to ask meaningful questions to a range of different business leaders, to gain an insight into their working life and receive advice on the skills that are needed to be successful in today’s economy.
The event takes place before the students choose their GCSE options, helping to prepare them for their futures.
