The event was created by Caroline Knox for 500 students at Riddlesdown Collegiate aged Age 14 - 18.

Event description

Come join our Careers Fair

Companies will be at a stall in a space set up by Riddlesdown. You can bring business cards, leaflets or some technology to showcase to our students. Students (who are sometimes accompanied by their parents) will have the opportunity to informally approach lots of different employers, talk to them personally and ask questions.

Students often want to know what day to day duties are within the job, how they can get into the sector, advice on which subjects to study at A Level or University, what the pay and conditions are like, and they may even ask you if your organization offers work experience. Don't worry if you can't offer work experience, our main focus for this event is to have a wide range of companies who can talk to our students.
