Event description
Inspire our dyslexia friendly pupil group
In this session, we are looking for business leaders with dyslexia or dyspraxia to share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire our students to make informed decisions about their future and show that dyslexia is not a barrier to success.
Speakers will ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:
They will share about their experiences at school and post school, especially how they managed their dyslexia.
• Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Their failures, as well as successes
• What their company does and why this is important
• What they enjoy most about their career
• Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now.
