About the teacher and students
The event was created by Colette Futcher for 250 students at Holmfirth High School aged Age 14 - 14.
Event description
To enthuse students in year 9 as they start preparing for work experience in year10.
During assembly employers speak to the year group about the skills needed in the workplace and expectations of employers. All students have to research to find their own 2 week placement and this is to motivate them to approach employers in the correct way.
