Event description
Inspire our students
In this session, business leaders inspire students about tomorrow's jobs and how they relate to the subjects students are currently learning in the classroom. We are keen to bring people in from a mixture of different backgrounds and professions to provide a 1 hour session each (30 to 40 minutes presentation followed by 15 to 20 minutes of questions) running during the day (to fit in with the school timetable.) The intention is to introduce to students different career options and to motivate students to achieve. We are in an area of high social deprivation so these talks are aimed at raising our students awareness of the options open to them.
