Event description

Engineering Lesson

The event is organised by Form the Future C.I.C. delivering Signpost2Skills.

Form the Future are working with Cambridge LaunchPad, a programme set up by Marshall ADG to promote careers in engineering, especially to female students.

This event is a year 8 lesson, to introduce the basics of aerodynamics to the students, and will be lead by Marshall engineers. We are looking for one engineer (from any field) to support the lesson with advise to the students as they complete their task, as well as answering any questions they may have about being an engineer. Detailed knowledge of aerodynamics is not necessary.

Although engineers with lots of experience would be great, we are looking for more for those who are starting their careers, to be able to tell students about their recent experiences in becoming an engineer.
For more information on the programme in general, please refer to the website - http://cambridge-launchpad.com

We look forward to inspiring the next generation of engineers!
