Event description
Could you help us to celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week and inspire our young people?
We are looking for local entrepreneurs and business leaders to speak in assemblies from Monday 14th November to Friday 18th November. Ideally four entrepreneurs per day, each to speak for 5 minutes. We would like you to share the highs and lows of setting up a business and help our youngsters to understand that entrepreneurship is a career option they could consider. On Wednesday we would like a particular emphasis on the importance of ICT in business and any examples of using languages in Business would be particularly welcomed.
We will also be asking for volunteers to stay on for period 1 (9-10am) to speak in more detail to a smaller group of pupils. This would be for around 10 minutes each to a group of approx. 40-50 pupils.
