TeachFirst aims to end educational inequality by training teachers and improving school governance. Since launching in 2002, over 3,700 dedicated TeachFirst teachers have worked with more than 400,000 young people from low-income communities, supporting them to build the future they want for themselves.

Teach First introduces Founders4schools to their teachers and ambassadors as a resource that can help them highlight their subjects and provide inspiration to their students. Founders4schools has been given the opportunity to present to teachers in the Teach First network across the country.

Together Founders4Schools and TeachFirst have facilitated 4,030 student-employer encounters, with educators having brought business leaders into contact with 1,575 students so they are better prepared for the world of work. Below you can see a map of the schools these educators are employed by.
