We are seeking a Community Engagement Officer to help us ensure that all young people gain meaningful exposure to the world of work between the ages of 6 and 24 through our Workfinder services.
We have offices in Central London, Cambridge and Scotland, and this role is based in London. We are happy for job shares and part-time position seekers, as we understand and appreciate a balanced lifestyle of work and family.

● Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful use of Founders4Schools and Workfinder services
● Responsible for customer support, answering questions, resolving issues, and managing any
feedback
● Become a power user of our platforms and it's reporting tools to generate and analyse the
KPIs used to track the engagement and vitality of the community in the data.
● Work closely with Product Team to represent the voice of users
● Discover and communicate issues from the ‘live’ product to the product management team
● Train partner organisations or schools, when needed, on how to use our services
● Communicate with existing users and interest groups across a variety of channels
● Organise and manage focus groups with young people, educators & business leaders
community to help validate the designs of products and features and report on their findings.
● Work with the marketing team as needed with communications, PR, social media, events, content creation and optimise internal communications
