Form the Future's work involves running careers and employability events at schools with active involvement by local businesses, work experience programmes, mentoring and supporting partnerships between schools and businesses. Form the Future works across all industries but is particularly eager to profile those sectors growing fastest in the Greater Cambridge region both to support employers and to show young people where the opportunities will be.

We are delighted to report that Form the future have referred 8 volunteers to us and that 4 of these volunteers have already accepted invitations from educators to meet with students.

Together Founders4Schools and Form the future have facilitated 13,797 student-employer encounters, with educators having brought business leaders into contact with 6,163 students so they are better prepared for the world of work. Below you can see a map of the schools these educators are employed by.
